Official Regulatory Filings: Issue dates, price bands, lot sizes, and company descriptions are sourced directly from official Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) and Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) documents filed with SEBI, BSE India, and NSE India.
Grey Market Data Collection: GMP indications are collated multiple times daily from active market dealer networks, financial brokers, and seasoned market observers. We clearly stamp each figure with recorded timestamps and percent calculations based on the upper price band.
Clear Separation of Indicators: We strictly distinguish between exchange-regulated price discovery and unofficial grey market sentiment. We never represent GMP as a guaranteed listing outcome.
