Juniper Green Energy IPO GMP Today

Juniper Green Energy Limited is a renewable energy independent power producer (IPP) engaged in the development, construction, operation, and maintenance of utility-scale renewable energy projects. The company generates revenue through the sale of electricity to central and state government-backed entities and other off-takers. It develops renewable energy projects through its in-house engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) and operations and maintenance (O&M) teams. The company's portfolio comprises solar, wind, wind-solar hybrid (WSH), and firm and dispatchable renewable energy (FDRE) projects with battery energy storage systems (BESS). As of June 30, 2026, it had a total portfolio capacity of 7,910.20 MW (10,247.06 MWp), including operational, under-construction, contracted, and awarded projects. The company manages the entire renewable energy project lifecycle in-house, covering bidding, land acquisition, engineering, procurement, financing, construction, commissioning, and O&M. As of June 30, 2026, its projects were located across Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra. Use of proceeds: This is a fresh issue of shares. Therefore, the net proceeds from the fresh issue will go to the company. They will be utilised for the following purposes: Repayment/pre-payment, in full or part, of certain borrowings availed by the company – Rs 683.23 crore Investment in one of the material subsidiaries, namely Juniper Green Gamma One Private Limited, and the subsidiaries namely Juniper Green Kite Private Limited and Juniper Green Power Five Private Limited for repayment/pre-payment, in full or in part, of all or a portion of certain of their outstanding borrowings – Rs 728.69 crore General corporate purposes
