Company Strengths (Pros)

7 Points
  • The company undertakes extrusion, printing, lamination, slitting, and rewinding at its in-house manufacturing facility. This allows it to manage multiple production stages within a single facility.
  • The company claims to have an in-house laboratory equipped with testing instruments, including a dart impact tester, coefficient of friction (COF) tester, and universal testing machine. These instruments are used to evaluate film impact resistance, surface characteristics, sealing strength, and tensile strength.
  • The company’s lamination production increased from 73,648.33 kg in FY24 to 13,60,511.10 kg in FY25 and 30,82,044.37 kg in FY26. This reflects an increase in production volume over the three financial years.
  • The company manufactures multilayer LD films, printed plastics, milk films, shrink films, printed laminates, and aluminium foil laminates. It added milk and oil printed plastic rolls and printed laminates in 2023, followed by aluminium foil laminates in 2024.
  • The company claims to operate its own fleet of eight vehicles for delivering finished goods to customers. This allows it to coordinate dispatch schedules internally and reduces its reliance on third-party transportation providers.
  • The company’s manufacturing facility is located in Barasat, West Bengal, with access to road and rail networks. According to the prospectus, its proximity to certain raw material suppliers and markets in eastern India supports procurement and product distribution.
  • The company has witnessed a consistent increase in its revenue from operations and profit after tax (PAT). Revenue from operations increased from Rs 49.53 crore in FY24 to Rs 81.02 crore in FY25 and Rs 115.14 crore in FY26. PAT increased from Rs 0.63 crore in FY24 to Rs 4.56 crore in FY25 and Rs 10.97 crore in FY26.

Key Risks & Concerns (Cons)

8 Points
  • The company is dependent on its suppliers for the uninterrupted supply of raw materials, and its top 10 suppliers contributed Rs 88.28 crore (90.16%), Rs 41.35 crore (53.24%), and Rs 16.80 crore (35.13%) of total purchases in FY26, FY25, and FY24, respectively. Any disruption in raw material supplies or increase in raw material and other input costs due to price volatility, currency fluctuations, or changes in government policies could adversely affect the company’s production, product pricing, and financial performance.
  • The company’s top 10 customers contributed Rs 79.95 crore (69.44%), Rs 24.43 crore (30.15%), and Rs 6.68 crore (13.49%) of total sales in FY26, FY25, and FY24, respectively. Any loss of these key customers, reduction in orders, or inability to replace lost business in a timely manner could adversely affect the company’s revenue, cash flows, and financial performance.
  • The company generally receives customer orders through verbal communications and does not typically obtain formal written purchase orders or long-term contracts. Miscommunication about product specifications, quantities, printing requirements, or delivery schedules could cause order discrepancies, delays, additional costs, and customer disputes, adversely affecting the company’s business and financial performance.
  • The company generated Rs 111.45 crore (96.80%), Rs 79.32 crore (97.90%), and Rs 48.86 crore (98.64%) of its revenue from West Bengal in FY26, FY25, and FY24, respectively. Any adverse political or geographical developments, increased competition, or changes in customer demand in the state could affect the company’s ability to retain customers and adversely impact its revenue and profitability.
  • The company reported negative cash flows from operating activities of Rs 11.46 crore, Rs 5.74 crore, and Rs 3.45 crore in FY26, FY25, and FY24, respectively, primarily due to decreases in trade payables and other current liabilities, increases in trade receivables, inventories, and other current assets, and an increase in short-term loans and advances. It also reported negative cash flows from investing activities of Rs 28.65 crore, Rs 6.66 crore, and Rs 2.51 crore in the same periods, mainly due to purchases of fixed assets and increases in non-current investments. The company’s working capital-intensive operations and capital expenditure requirements may continue to strain liquidity if operating cash inflows remain insufficient or the expected returns from new assets do not materialise.
  • The company, its directors, promoters, promoter group, and group companies are involved in ongoing legal proceedings. Any adverse decisions in these matters could result in financial liabilities, including demand amounts, interest, and penalties, divert management time and attention, and adversely affect the company’s business, results of operations, and financial condition.
  • The company had outstanding financial indebtedness of Rs 46.81 crore as of March 31, 2026. Any failure to service or repay its borrowings on time could adversely affect the company’s business, financial condition, and cash flows.
  • The company had trade receivables of Rs 28.37 crore as of March 31, 2026. Any delay or failure in collecting these receivables could increase working capital requirements and adversely affect the company’s cash flows and financial condition.
